Workshop

AI-Powered Product Marketing

Most Product Marketing teams already use AI. But using ChatGPT or Claude for individual tasks isn’t the same as building AI into how your team operates.

In this hands-on workshop, we explore how to make AI genuinely useful for Product Marketing — by organizing the right context, connecting it to practical workflows and establishing approaches your team can reuse.

Go beyond prompting. Build better ways of working with AI.

Who it’s for.

  • Heads of Product Marketing and their teams

Already using AI on their own, and ready to make it part of how the team works.

  • Marketing and GTM leaders

Who want consistent, on-brand work across the team, not five versions of the company.

  • Teams considering a GTM hub

Who want to try the approach on their own material first.

When this workshop fits.

  • Everyone uses AI, but nobody the same way.

Each person has their own prompts, tools and context, and the output varies with them.

  • AI output sounds generic.

It doesn’t know your positioning, customers or competitors, so every draft needs heavy rewriting.

  • You want AI in how the team works.

Not just in a few people’s experiments, but in workflows the whole team can reuse.

  • You’re considering a shared GTM knowledge base.

And want to explore the approach with your team before building it.

What happens in the session.

Half a day in four parts, built around your own material. The order and depth follow what your team needs.

  1. 01

Where AI helps, and where it doesn’t

How your team uses AI today, and why the output often lacks the right commercial context. Where AI adds value, and where people stay responsible for judgment, decisions and validation.

    You leave with

A shared view of where AI adds value

  2. 02

    Organizing your GTM knowledge

How to organize positioning, customer insights, ICPs, messaging and competitive intelligence so AI can use them. We work on your own material.

    You leave with

A practical structure for your GTM knowledge

  3. 03

    Building a workflow together

We pick one or two common PMM tasks, such as research, analysis or a battlecard, and build a reusable workflow around them.

    You leave with

One or more workflows built around real team needs

  4. 04

    Making it stick

How to keep quality and consistency as more people use it, how the team collaborates on it, and what to do next.

    You leave with

Next steps for everyday PMM work

What your team takes away.

  1. 01A clearer understanding of where AI can add value
  2. 02A practical approach to structuring GTM knowledge
  3. 03One or more workflows developed around real team needs
  4. 04Ideas and next steps for implementing AI into everyday PMM work
An example of the output, for a made-up company.

How it works.

  1. 1

    A first conversation

What your team is working on, who joins and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 2

    Preparation

You share the material that matters, and I shape the session around it.

  3. 3

    The session

Half a day, hands-on, working on your real challenge with your team: virtually, or at your office in the Netherlands.

  4. 4

    Afterwards

Your team leaves with clear next steps. If the session reveals bigger work, we can talk about that too.

Questions about this workshop

Do we need to use a specific AI tool?

No. We work with the tools your team already uses, such as ChatGPT or Claude.

What do we need to prepare?

Your current positioning and messaging, the materials your team uses most, and a few tasks you already use AI for.

What does a workshop cost?

From €2,500 per workshop, excluding VAT. On-site in the Netherlands is €500 extra. And if you book a scoped project within two months, the workshop fee is deducted from it.

Is the workshop online or on-site?

Either. Virtually, your team can join from wherever they are. In the Netherlands, I can also run it on-site at your office.

How long does it take?

Half a day: three to four hours, including breaks.

Can you tailor it to our team?

Yes. Every workshop starts with a conversation about your situation, and the session is shaped around it.

What if we need more than a workshop?

Then we can talk about a scoped project or ongoing support. A workshop often shows where the bigger work is.

Other workshops

Positioning & Differentiation

Get clearer on who you’re for, what makes you different and why customers should care.

Most teams can explain what their product does. Fewer can explain why a customer should choose them over the alternatives, in a way every team repeats. That gap shows up in sales calls, on the website and in deals lost on price.

ICP & Segmentation

Stop selling to everyone. Choose where you can win.

Many B2B SaaS companies segment by company size and industry, then treat everyone who fits as their ICP. It looks tidy, but it rarely explains who buys, who stays and who never closes.

Need more than a workshop?

Sometimes a session is enough to get a team moving. Sometimes it reveals a bigger opportunity.

First PMM can also help implement the work through a scoped project or ongoing embedded engagement.

And for teams that want a shared, AI-ready GTM knowledge foundation, there’s the GTM hub.

Let’s make your next team session count.
